Engine Room Power Distribution Control Unit ⚡

This engine bay control module is the “traffic manager” for key electrical loads. It is needed to route and protect power to systems like fuel pump, cooling fans, ignition feeds, A/C clutch, headlights and other high-current circuits. By combining relays, fuses and smart control logic in one box, it reduces wiring complexity and keeps voltage stable under load.

How It Works ?

The unit receives commands from the vehicle’s network and sensors, then switches relays and monitors circuits for overloads. When a short, spike, or excessive current is detected, it can isolate the affected path, preventing melted wiring and random electrical behavior. It also helps ensure proper start-up sequencing and smooth engine operation.

If It Fails ?

A faulty module may cause no-crank/no-start, intermittent stalling, fans stuck on/off, dead accessories, warning lights, blown fuses, or battery drain. Ignoring the issue can lead to repeated electrical faults and stress on the alternator and harness.
