    MR399238 4WD High/Low Range Indicator Switch ⚙️

    This OE-spec transfer case signal switch tells your dash and control units whether the transfer is in High or Low. When you shift ranges, it confirms engagement by lighting the H/L lamp and sharing status with vehicle systems. Clear feedback = safer driving on-road and off-road.

    Without a reliable H/L indicator, you can’t be sure the transfer range is fully engaged. This affects drivability, shifting feel, and can confuse ABS/traction logic. The MR399238 keeps your 4WD info accurate.

    How it works

    A plunger inside the threaded body rides on the transfer shift rail. When the rail reaches position, the switch closes the circuit to the H/L lamp and sends a signal through the 2-pin connector. It’s oil- and heat-resistant for long life.

    Install tips
