Steering Drag Link Kit for Nissan 4x4

Why you need it

This kit keeps the front wheels pointing exactly where you turn the steering wheel. It links the pitman arm on the steering box to the steering arm across the axle, removing play and keeping alignment true. On heavy 4x4s, worn linkage causes wander, lane drift, and quick tire wear. Replacing the assembly restores tight, confident steering on-road and off-road.

How it works ⚙️

A forged bar with ball-joint ends sends steering force from the box to the knuckle side. Tapered studs seat in the arms, dust boots seal the grease, and preloaded bearings let the joint pivot smoothly through suspension travel. Correct length and OE-style geometry ensure proper toe and minimal bump steer.

What if it’s worn or broken ❗

Expect clunks, shimmy, delayed steering response, uneven tires, and shaky braking. Severe wear can let the joint pop free, causing sudden loss of control. Replace at the first signs of looseness, torn boots, rust bleed, or excess free play.
