How it works

The tapered pin locks into the knuckle, while thread adjustment sets alignment. Proper preload and lubrication ensure smooth, tight control.

What happens if it’s broken

Wear leads to steering play, vibration, drift on highways, and feathered tires. Braking stability suffers, and ESP/ABS can act erratically.
