Premium 41Γ—56Γ—8 Engine Oil Seal for Honda ️

Keep your Honda running clean and dry with a precision oil seal sized 41Γ—56Γ—8. This small ring does big work: it locks in lubricant, blocks dust and water, and protects bearings and shaft surfaces. Perfect for crank/cam or output-side positions depending on model, it’s built for long life and stable sealing under heat and vibration.

Why this part is needed

Without a tight seal, oil escapes and contaminants get in. That means higher friction, hot spots, worn bearings, and messy leaks. A fresh seal restores factory-tight sealing, keeps oil where it belongs, and preserves timing components and pulleys.

How it works

An elastomer lip with a garter spring hugs the rotating shaft. A micro oil film under the lip reduces friction, while the outer shell press-fits in the housing for a leak-tight seat. Heat- and fuel-resistant rubber resists hardening, and precise edges follow shaft runout for consistent sealing.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Signs include wet timing covers, drips under the car, burning oil smell, oily belts, and falling oil level. Keep driving and you risk bearing wear, belt slip, harsh shifts (if used on an output), low oil pressure, and costly engine or gearbox damage.

Pro install tips ️

  • Inspect shaft for grooves; polish or sleeve if needed
  • Lightly oil the lip; install square with a proper driver
  • Do not overdrive; seat to shoulder only
  • Replace during belt/chain service; verify PCV/breather is clear
