Rear Axle Shaft Wheel Bearing for Toyota – RH/LH Compatible βš™οΈ

This precision bearing supports the rear axle shaft and lets the wheel rotate smoothly with low friction. It keeps the axle aligned, carries vehicle weight, and controls side loads during cornering. A fresh bearing restores quiet ride, stable tracking, and long tire life.

Why you need it βœ…

Over time, heat, dirt, and heavy loads wear the rolling elements and races. When clearances grow, the wheel can wobble, seals can leak, and the axle can score. Replacing this unit protects the axle, the hub, and the differential oil seal.

How it works

The bearing uses hardened races and balls/rollers to support radial and thrust loads. It is press-fitted to the axle shaft and retained with a collar. A seal keeps lubricant in and contamination out, allowing quiet, cool rotation on both right and left sides.

What happens if it’s bad ⚠️

Common signs: humming or growling that changes with speed, wheel play, hot brake drum/disc, gear oil seep at axle tube, uneven tire wear, and ABS warnings. Ignored failure can damage the shaft, seize the wheel, or cause loss of control.

Fitment & install tips

Fits RH or LH. Replace in pairs when possible. Use a press to avoid shaft damage. Always fit a new retainer collar and axle oil seal, check shaft surface, set correct torque, and road-test. Choose OE-grade steel for durability and quiet operation.
