Front Axle Hub Outer Oil Seal (Right/Left) ️

This outer hub oil seal is fitted at the front axle hub area to keep gear oil and grease where they belong, while blocking water, mud, and road dust. It’s a small part with a big job: protecting the wheel bearing and hub components from contamination and lubricant loss.

Why this seal is needed ✅

Front hubs face heat, rotation, pressure changes, and constant splash from the road. A quality seal maintains a tight barrier, helping the bearing run cool and smooth and reducing wear on the hub and axle surfaces.

How it works ⚙️

The flexible sealing lip rides on the axle/hub surface and creates a controlled contact edge. Its metal case holds the seal firmly in the hub bore, while the lip design keeps lubricant in and pushes dirt out during rotation.

If the seal is damaged

Expect oil/grease leakage, wet hub dust buildup, grinding noise, overheating bearings, and possible ABS tone ring contamination. Left unchecked, it can lead to bearing failure, hub damage, and costly axle repairs.
