Crankshaft Oil Seal for Isuzu Engines ️

This precision engine seal keeps motor oil inside the block and contamination out. It sits at the front or rear of the crankshaft, guarding the timing area or flywheel zone so your Isuzu runs clean, cool, and quiet.

Why it’s needed

Oil lubrication and pressure must stay stable. This seal prevents leaks that starve bearings, protects belts and clutch from oil, and keeps the crank sensor area dry for reliable ignition.

How it works

An elastomer lip with a garter spring hugs the crank journal, riding on a micro oil film. Tiny return ribs send oil back inward while the outer shell locks into the housing. Materials resist heat, chemical attack, and crankshaft speed, ensuring long service in both front crank seal and rear main seal positions.

When it fails ⚠️

Signs include oil at the crank pulley or bellhousing, burning oil smell, slipping belts, contaminated clutch, low oil level, and bearing wear. Ignoring it risks engine damage or timing component failure.

Pro install tips ✅

Clean and polish the crank surface, use a proper driver, oil the lip (dry outer), set to correct depth, check PCV/breather, and torque the pulley/flywheel to spec.
