Why you need it
This sender feeds your dash gauge the real oil pressure, so you know the bearings and cam are getting proper lubrication. A healthy reading helps prevent dry starts, overheating oil, and costly engine damage. Itβs a small part that protects the whole motor οΈ.
How it works
Mounted in the oil gallery, a sealed diaphragm reacts to pressure and moves an internal resistor. That changes the signal voltage your gauge (or warning lamp) reads. Calibrated for Toyota clusters, it gives stable readings at idle and cruise, even in hot oil. Robust housing and tapered threads ensure a leak-free fit .
What happens if itβs bad

Install tips
