Premium Subaru Shaft Oil Seal 32×52×11 ️

This precision shaft seal keeps your Subaru’s lubricated areas clean and tight. Built from high‑temperature elastomer with a spring‑loaded lip, it’s ideal for engine front covers, transmission/differential outputs, and other rotating shaft points where leaks must be stopped .

Why you need it

The seal traps oil inside and blocks dust and water outside. It stabilizes oil pressure, protects bearings and gears, and prevents mess on underbody parts. A fresh, correctly sized 32×52×11 mm seal restores reliability and keeps service costs low.

How it works

The 52 mm outer shell press-fits into the housing. The 32 mm inner lip hugs the shaft with a garter spring, holding a thin oil film for lubrication. As the shaft spins and heats, the lip tracks runout and maintains constant contact to prevent seepage.

If the seal fails

Expect wet housings, oil spots on the driveway, burning smell, and whining from low-lube gears. Continued driving risks bearing wear, belt contamination, clutch slip (if oil migrates), and costly differential or engine damage. Replace at first leak ⚠️.

Install tips

  • Clean and polish the shaft journal; remove grooves.
  • Lightly oil the lip and bore; press square with a proper driver.
  • Check breathers/vents and fluid level after install.
