Fuel Tank to Filler Pipe Hose
This hose connects the filler neck to the fuel tank, creating a sealed path for petrol/diesel to travel safely during refueling ⛽. It’s a small part, but it protects your tank area from leaks, fumes, and messy spillover.
Why This Hose Is Needed
Every time you refuel, fuel rushes through the filler pipe with pressure changes and splash-back. This flexible connector absorbs movement between the body and tank, handling vibration, chassis twist, and temperature changes without cracking.
How It Works
Built from fuel-resistant rubber with reinforced layers, it clamps tightly to both ends. The inner lining prevents swelling and softening from fuel exposure, while the outer body stays strong against road heat, dust, and moisture.
What Happens If It’s Broken
