Information

Right Rear Door Glass Inner Weatherstrip – OEM-Grade Seal for Toyota SUVs

This inner glass seal sits on the top edge of the RH rear door trim. It wipes the window as it moves and locks out water, wind, and dust. Built from durable EPDM rubber with a reinforced spine, it keeps the cabin quiet, protects tint, and stops window rattle. A fresh seal restores factory fit and finish, perfect for daily use and tough climates.

Why you need this part

It prevents leaks into the door and cabin, reduces wind whistle, safeguards the window regulator, and keeps the interior trim and electronics dry. It also keeps the glass clean by removing grit that can scratch the surface.

How it works

A flocked wiping lip hugs the glass, creating a smooth, low-friction glide. When the door shuts, the compression edge seals against the frame, blocking air and water. Proper tension along the metal core maintains even pressure across the window travel. βœ…

What happens if it’s worn or broken

Expect wind noise at speed, water drips on the armrest, foggy windows, streaks and scratches on the glass, swollen door panel trim, mildew odor, and eventual corrosion inside the door. Dust intrusion can also degrade switches and felt guides.

Fitment and install tips

Direct clip-on replacement. Remove door panel, unclip the old strip, clean the channel, and press the new seal in without stretching. Use silicone spray for an easy slide. Typical time: 15–25 minutes.
