Front Left Inner Window Weather Seal for Toyota

This door glass weatherstrip sits inside the front door and hugs the glass from the cabin side. It blocks rain, dust, and wind, keeps the glass steady, and quiets the ride . Without a healthy inner seal, the door can take on moisture, the window may rattle, and the cabin grows noisy.

How it works

A molded EPDM rubber profile with a felt (flocked) lip lines the run channel. As the pane moves, the soft edge wipes dirt, guides the glass straight, and maintains contact. The tight seal stops airflow and directs water toward factory drains, protecting switches and trims.

Why you need it

Seals age from UV, heat, and door slams. Replacing restores smooth window travel, cuts wind hiss, stops leaks, and shields the regulator and motor ⚙️ for longer life.

When it fails

Typical signs: whistling at speed, wet door panel, fogging, slow or sticking glass, fine scratches on the edge, and a musty smell. Left unchecked, a torn strip can corrode the inner door, overload the regulator, and even chip the glass.
