Why you need this part ️

This molded rubber seal surrounds the rear quarter glass and keeps the cabin protected from wind, rain, dust, and road noise. It also cushions the glass, preventing micro-movement that can crack paint and wear the frame. A fresh seal restores a quiet, dry interior and factory fit.

How it works ⚙️

Made from UV‑resistant EPDM, the profile locks to the body flange while its outer lip hugs the glass, creating a continuous barrier. The memory of the rubber maintains pressure as temperatures change, so the edge stays tight in heat, cold, and vibration. OEM-spec corners ensure a clean, ripple-free look.

When the seal is worn or cracked

Expect wind whistle at speed, water drips after rain, fogging near the trim, and a musty smell. Rattles may appear on rough roads. Long-term leaks can stain headliner, corrode pinch welds, and even stress the pane. In winter, gaps widen and the glass can loosen.

Install tips

Clean the channel, remove old adhesive, dry-fit first, then use mild soapy water to seat the seal without stretching corners. Press evenly and allow 24 hours to set. Direct-fit geometry gives a tight, factory-like closure.
