Radiator Side Air Seal for Toyota SUVs
Why this part is needed
This radiator side air seal closes the gap between the radiator and the side shroud/support. By forcing incoming air through the core (not around it),it keeps coolant temps stable, improves A/C performance at low speed, and protects the bay from dust and mud. It is essential for towing, off‑road, and hot climates.
How it works
The seal sits along the radiator side tank and mates to the fan shroud/lock carrier. At speed, grille air is guided through the fins with minimal bypass. At idle, the fan can draw a stronger column of air, boosting heat exchange. This simple foam/EPDM barrier is a key part of the cooling ducting system.

Build and install
OEM‑grade closed‑cell foam/EPDM resists heat, oil, and ozone. Quick fit: remove top cover, align clips/pins, press into the channel; no trimming in normal service. Replace in pairs if the opposite side is aged. A fresh air guide/seal restores factory airflow and cooling efficiency.
