    Upper Cab Mount Cushion Assembly (No.3 Position)

    This upper cab mount cushion sits between the vehicle body and the frame to keep the cab steady and comfortable. It is needed to absorb road shock, reduce vibration, and help keep body gaps and alignment correct. When fitted properly, it supports the cab at a key mounting point and prevents metal-to-metal contact

    How It Works

    The cushion is made from dense rubber (or rubber with a bonded sleeve) that flexes under load. It works like a tuned isolator: it compresses to soften impacts, then returns to shape to keep the cab positioned. It also helps control cab movement during braking, cornering, and off-road twist

    What Happens If It’s Worn or Broken

    A damaged mount cushion can cause clunks over bumps, extra vibration in the steering wheel and floor, and uneven cab height. In severe cases you may see misaligned doors, cracked body mounts, faster wear of nearby bushings, and exhaust or fan shroud contact due to body shift ⚠️
