Rear Toe Cam Adjustment Assembly for Corolla/Sprinter Platforms

This alignment cam kit sits on the rear suspension arm and lets a technician set precise toe angle. It replaces worn or seized hardware so the rear wheels track straight, tires wear evenly, and the car feels planted at highway speed. Built to OEM geometry, it restores full adjustment range after rust, impact, or bushing changes.

Why this part is needed

Correct rear toe keeps the vehicle stable in corners, improves braking, and protects tires from rapid inner or outer edge wear. Anytime you replace control arms, bushings, or hit a curb, you need a healthy cam to bring alignment back into spec.

How it works

An eccentric cam and bolt clamp the arm bracket. When the cam rotates, its offset shifts the arm slightly forward or back, changing the wheel’s toe angle. The scale on the washer gives fine, repeatable adjustments. Once set, the nut locks the cam so it holds under load.

What happens if it’s bad ⚠️

Seized or worn cams cause wandering, rear steer in crosswinds, steering wheel off-center, and cupped tires. Alignment may be β€œout of range,” leading to failed inspections and constant stability control corrections. In severe cases the arm can slip, changing toe after every bump.
