Front Right Upper Suspension Control Arm Assembly ?️

This suspension arm is a key link between the chassis and the front steering knuckle on the right-hand side. It is needed to keep the front wheel in the correct position while the suspension moves up and down over bumps. A healthy upper arm helps your van stay stable, steer straight, and protect tires from uneven wear.

How It Works βš™οΈ

The arm pivots on its inner bushings and supports the upper ball joint area, allowing controlled movement while holding camber and caster angles. When the wheel hits a pothole, the arm guides the knuckle so the spring and shock can absorb impact without the wheel drifting out of alignment.

When It’s Worn or Broken ?

If bushings crack or the joint area loosens, you may hear clunks, feel wandering steering, or get vibration under braking. Alignment will not hold, causing fast tire edge wear and poor road grip. In severe cases, handling becomes unsafe and the wheel angle can shift suddenly.
