    Why you need it

    Old pistons can rust, pit, or score. That leads to pad drag, uneven wear, a soft or sinking pedal, and fluid leaks. A fresh piston brings back straight-line stops, even pad contact, and stable pedal feel.

    How it works

    Pressure from the master cylinder moves the piston outward. The square-cut seal flexes to allow motion, then gently pulls the piston back on release to prevent drag. The dust boot keeps water and grit out ️.

    What happens if it’s damaged
