Why you need it ️
Time, rust, and heat wear the bore and seals. Replacing it stops fluid leaks, keeps braking balanced, protects the master cylinder from over-travel, and reduces stopping distance. It’s a small part with big safety impact.
How it works ⚙️
Press the pedal and fluid from the master cylinder fills the chamber. Twin pistons push each shoe outward against the drum. When you release, return springs pull the shoes back and the pistons retract. Dust boots block grit, and a bleeder screw lets you purge air for a crisp pedal.

Install tips
Replace in axle pairs, clean the drum, adjust shoes, use fresh DOT 3/4 fluid, bleed thoroughly, and tighten line fittings gently to avoid stripped threads.
