Rear Right Sway Bar Link – Stable Cornering for Your SUV ️
This rear stabilizer link connects the anti-roll bar to the suspension arm on the right side. It controls body roll in turns, keeps the car level, and improves tire grip on rough roads. Made from hardened steel with sealed ball joints, it brings back quiet, precise handling. If the rear feels loose or you hear knocks over bumps, this is the part that restores confidence.
How it works
As the wheel moves, the link transfers force to the anti-roll bar, twisting it to resist lean. The ball studs allow up/down motion while locking the bar to the arm, so both sides share load. Proper length and joint angle give quick response, better lane change stability, and safer towing.
If it’s worn or broken ⚠️
Expect clunking on bumps, wandering in crosswinds, extra roll in corners, longer brake distances on uneven surfaces, and faster rear tire wear. In severe cases the bar goes inactive, ESC/ABS may intervene more often, and emergency maneuvers become risky. Driving with a snapped link is not recommended.
Install tips ✅
Replace in pairs for balance. Torque with the vehicle on its wheels to avoid bushing preload. Use new self-locking nuts, support the arm during removal, and inspect bar bushings and brackets at the same time. No greasing needed—sealed joints by design.
