    Clutch Hydraulic Piston Kit for Nissan 4x4

    Why you need it

    This kit restores full hydraulic pressure in the clutch release system. Off‑road heat, mud, and age make the piston seals hard or torn, causing fluid loss and a sinking or spongy pedal. Replacing the piston and seals brings back precise pedal feel, clean engagement, and dependable shifting.

    How it works ⚙️

    When you press the pedal, the master cylinder sends brake fluid to the slave. Inside the slave cylinder, this piston converts pressure into straight push on the rod, moving the clutch fork and relieving the pressure plate. Tight seals keep fluid in, and the return spring brings the piston back when you release the pedal.

    What if it fails ❗

    Expect leaks at the slave, low bite point, gear grind on shifts, or trouble selecting reverse. In severe cases, the clutch won’t disengage and the vehicle may stall when stopping. Fluid contamination can also wear the cylinder bore and shorten clutch life.

    Precision alloy piston, corrosion‑resistant finish, high‑temp EPDM seals, dust boot, and circlip. Use DOT 3/4 only; lubricate with clean fluid and bleed thoroughly.
