Information

Washer Reservoir Inlet Neck for Windshield System

Keep clear vision in any weather. This filler neck guides washer fluid from the cap opening into the reservoir, sealing the tank and keeping dirt out. Built from tough, chemical‑resistant plastic with a tight O‑ring, it handles engine‑bay heat and vibration common to working trucks and off‑road use.

Why you need it

Without a sound inlet, the wiper wash system can’t stay topped up. A proper seal prevents leaks, keeps debris out of the pump, and ensures strong spray on the windshield for safe driving day and night.

How it works

The neck locks to the reservoir via grommet/clips, routes fluid straight to the tank, and holds the filler cap. Its channel design prevents splash‑back and air pockets, so the pump feeds steady pressure to the nozzles.

What happens if it’s broken ⚠️

Cracks or loose fit cause leaks, weak or no spray, dry‑running pump (early failure),streaky glass, and poor visibility. Common signs: fluid smell, wet inner fender, loose cap, or puddles under the front corner.

Install tips

Plug‑and‑play: remove old neck, inspect/replace grommet, seat the new inlet fully, transfer cap, fill with proper washer mix, and test spray for 5–10 seconds. Check for seepage after a short drive.
