Front Left Wheel Hub/Steering Knuckle Housing for Subaru

This LH hub carrier (steering knuckle) keeps your front wheel true and safe. It holds the wheel bearing and hub, lines up the brake caliper, and connects strut, lower ball joint, and tie rod. When this casting is straight and tight, your car tracks straight, brakes evenly, and the ABS reads correctly.

Why you need it ✅

Potholes, curb hits, rust, or a seized bearing can oval the bore or bend the ear mounts. Replacing the housing restores suspension geometry, protects new bearings, and stops rapid tire wear.

How it works

Precision-machined bores locate the bearing and hub. Mount points lock in camber and caster. The caliper bracket seats square to the rotor, and the ABS sensor sits at the right gap. All forces pass through this rigid part into the chassis.

What happens if it’s damaged ⚠️

  • Wheel play, wobble, or steering shimmy
  • Pulling, crooked steering wheel, uneven tires
  • Brake drag or pad knock-back, rotor rub
  • ABS light from poor sensor alignment
  • Bearing failure and noise returning quickly

Tech notes

Use new bearing, snap ring, and seals. Clean sensor seat. Torque strut, ball joint, and axle nut to spec. Align after install.
