Why this part is needed

Modern engines need precise fuel pressure to mix correctly with air. This assembly maintains stable flow under all loads—cold mornings, hot traffic, hills, or passing. Proper pressure protects injectors and keeps emissions low.

How it works

An electric motor drives a turbine/impeller inside the tank. Fuel passes through a fine strainer, then a built‑in regulator and check valve hold target pressure and stop drain‑back. The ECU primes the pump on key‑on, and a relay feeds 12V while the engine runs.
