Ignition High‑Tension Lead No.1 for Subaru ⚡

This ignition lead is needed to deliver high voltage from the ignition coil to the No.1 spark plug with minimal loss. A strong, clean spark means easier starts, smoother idle, better fuel burn, and fewer misfires—especially in wet or cold conditions.

How It Works ?

Inside the cable, a suppression core carries the coil’s pulse while reducing electrical noise that can affect sensors and the radio. The thick insulation shields the voltage and prevents arcing to metal parts. Factory-style boots lock onto the coil and plug for a tight seal against heat, oil mist, and moisture.

When the Lead Is Worn or Broken ?

Cracks, high resistance, or loose terminals cause weak spark and misfire under load. You may notice rough running, hesitation, flashing check engine light, higher fuel use, or a fuel smell from unburned mixture. Severe arcing can damage the coil pack and catalytic converter over time.
