How It Works ?

Coolant moves from the engine to the radiator and back through this tube. The pipe’s formed shape keeps clearance from belts and moving parts, while its ends seal with clamps/hoses to prevent leaks. Smooth internal flow reduces air pockets and helps the thermostat and radiator do their job.

What Happens If It’s Broken ⚠️

Cracks, pinholes, rust, or loose joints can cause coolant loss, overheating, heater failure, and steam under the hood. In severe cases, the engine may warp the head gasket or seize. If you smell sweet coolant or see wet stains near the radiator area, replace the pipe before it turns into a tow job.
