Why this part is needed

It carries hot coolant from the thermostat housing to the radiator inlet. Correct shape and reinforcement stop kinks and leaks, protecting the water pump, gaskets, and sensors. Without a healthy hose, your cooling system can’t hold pressure or move enough fluid.

How it works

EPDM rubber with fabric layers tolerates heat, pressure pulses, and ozone. Clamp to clean necks; when the thermostat opens, coolant travels through this line into the radiator, then back via the lower hose. Molded bends keep flow smooth and prevent collapse under suction or high RPM.
