Information

High-Pressure Injector Tube No.4 for Nissan Diesel ⛽

This high-pressure fuel injection line feeds cylinder No.4 with precisely metered diesel from the pump to the injector. Built from corrosion‑resistant steel with exact bends and flare‑nut ends, it keeps pressure stable for clean combustion, easy starts, and strong torque. Perfect drop‑in for Nissan diesel setups where accuracy and durability matter.

Why you need it

Without a tight, correctly shaped injector tube, fuel timing and volume drift. That means rough idle, rising consumption, smoky exhaust, and failed emissions. A fresh line restores OEM pressure, sealing, and atomization.

How it works

During each pump stroke, diesel is pushed through this rigid pipe at very high pressure. The calibrated length and inner diameter limit pressure waves, while flared seats and hardened nuts lock the seal against vibration.

What happens if it breaks ⚠️

Symptoms include diesel smell, wet pipe, hard start, misfire on cylinder 4, loss of power, white/gray smoke, and injector knock. A cracked or kinked line can spray fuel—fire hazard—and starve the injector, risking pump wear.

Install notes ✅

Always route in original clips, keep bends stress‑free, clean seats, hand‑start nuts, then torque to spec. After fitting, bleed air and recheck for seepage at idle and under load.
