Engine Oil Cooler Assembly for Toyota 4x4 Diesel & Petrol Engines ️
This component is built to control engine oil temperature under heavy load. On 4x4 vehicles that tow, climb, or crawl off-road, oil can overheat fast. When oil gets too hot, it thins out and loses its ability to protect bearings, turbo parts, and cam surfaces.

The oil cooler helps keep lubrication stable during long trips, hot weather, and high RPM driving. It supports longer oil life, cleaner internals, and steadier oil pressure.
How it works
Oil flows through internal passages while engine coolant (or surrounding airflow depending on setup) removes excess heat. By transferring heat away, the system keeps oil in the correct viscosity range, so the pump can maintain proper pressure and the engine stays protected.
