Engine Oil Cooling Nozzle for Toyota Trucks/SUVs

This precision oil squirter is a small part with a big job: it sprays a focused stream of pressurized oil to the underside of the pistons and nearby moving parts. By cooling hot piston crowns and reducing friction on skirts and pins, it stabilizes temperatures, prevents scuffing, and keeps your Toyotaโ€™s V8/V6 running smooth under load. Ideal for towing, off-road, and high-heat driving.

Why you need it ๏ธ

Consistent piston cooling means stronger lubrication film, quieter operation, and longer ring and bearing life. It helps maintain oil integrity and protects the cylinder walls during hard accelerations and long climbs.

How it works โš™๏ธ

The pump feeds oil through the gallery; a tiny orifice (often with a check valve) opens at set pressure and sends a clean fan jet at the piston underside and wrist pin. Excess oil returns to the sump, carrying heat away.

What if it breaks โ—

Clogged or stuck-shut: hot pistons, knock, scuffing, possible seizure. Stuck-open or cracked: loss of oil pressure, foaming, accelerated bearing wear, chain noise, oil consumption. Early signs include rattles at hot idle, higher oil temps, and metal glitter in oil.

Tech notes

Use OEM-grade fit, clean passages, torque to spec, verify oil pressure after install. Replace in sets if sludge was present.
