Nissan Exhaust Manifold Seal — OE-Grade Performance

How it works

What happens if it’s broken

Expect a sharp tick on cold start, soot at the ports, sulfur smell, and loss of low-end power. The ECU may enrich fuel, raising trims and emissions. Long leaks can warp the manifold, burn valves, overheat wiring, and damage nearby rubber boots.

Tech tips

Clean both faces, check flatness, use new studs/nuts, and tighten center-out in stages. Re-torque after the first heat cycle. Install dry unless the maker specifies sealer. OE thickness ensures proper fit with stock manifolds and most headers ✅.
