Exhaust Valve for Toyota Engines
This engine valve controls how burnt gases leave the combustion chamber. It is a critical wear item in the cylinder head because it works under extreme heat and pressure every time the engine fires. A healthy valve helps keep power, fuel economy, and smooth idle at the level Toyota drivers expect β
Why this part is needed
The exhaust side must open at the correct moment to release hot gases, then seal perfectly so the cylinder can build compression again. A strong sealing surface also protects the valve seat and keeps emissions under control.

The camshaft pushes the valvetrain to open it, and the valve spring snaps it shut. When closed, the valve face mates with the seat like a precision plug, transferring heat into the cylinder head to avoid overheating.
