Why it’s needed

How it works

When worn or broken

Expect rough idle, steering wheel tremble, clunks on start/stop, and engine lift under throttle. The engine can sag, stressing hoses, cracking exhaust flex, and accelerating wear of the other mounts and transmission mount. Excess NVH may even affect sensor readings ⚠️.

Pro install tips

Support the engine from below, replace any stretched hardware, torque with the vehicle at ride height, and inspect the opposite mount and trans mount together.
