Air Conditioning Amplifier Control Module ❄️

This is the smart brain of your HVAC system. It reads cabin, ambient, and evaporator sensors, then commands blower speed, the compressor clutch, and blend/air mix doors to keep temperature steady and protect components.

Why this part is needed

It maintains stable interior comfort, prevents evaporator freeze, improves fuel economy by cycling the compressor, and shields wiring and relays from overload. Without it, climate control accuracy and reliability drop fast.

How it works

The module takes signals from temperature and sunload sensors, communicates over CAN with the dash controls, and outputs PWM/voltage to the blower and stepper actuators. It modulates the magnetic clutch, smooths fan ramps, and stores fault data ?️.

What happens if it breaks

• No A/C or random cooling; compressor never engages or short cycles ⚠️
• Fan stuck on one speed or surging; A/C light blinking
• Can’t hold set temperature or change modes
• Intermittent battery drain from a stuck relay
