Fuel Vapor EVAP Canister Module for Compact Nissan Crossover ?

This emission-control module captures fuel vapors, keeps tank pressure stable, and prevents fuel odor inside and outside the car. Built to OE-grade specs with a robust housing, charcoal bed, and precise ports, it restores smooth fueling and clears check-engine warnings tied to the evaporative system.

Why you need it ♻️

Gasoline evaporates even when the car is parked. This unit traps those vapors and later sends them to the engine to be burned. It cuts emissions, protects the charcoal system from road splash, and helps your vehicle pass inspection.

How it works ?️

Activated charcoal stores fuel vapor from the tank. While cruising, the ECU opens the purge path so intake vacuum draws vapor into the engine. A vent valve lets fresh air flow through the canister. During self-tests, the vent closes so the system can check for leaks.

What happens if it fails ⚠️

  • Fuel smell, especially after refueling
  • Hard start or rough idle post-fill
  • Premature pump shutoff at the gas station
  • Poor economy and unstable tank pressure
  • Check Engine Light: typical EVAP codes (e.g., P0440–P0456)
  • Emissions test failure
