The appearance of Aisin brand refers to the period of the Second World War, when under this brand engines for air transport were produced, manufactured by the corporation Tokai Hikoki Co. On the issue of auto parts the company switched at the end of the war, for this purpose was founded Aichi Kogio Co subsidiary. In 1965 the company merged with another manufacturer - Shinkawa Kogio Co, resulting in a new brand Aisin.

At the moment, Aisin brand products are manufactured by 11 factories, most of them activate in Japan, and 4 are located abroad. Among the most popular products from this manufacturer are: automatic transmission, body parts, motors, axles, chassis and brake systems. Aisin parts are primarily designed to be installed on the Japanese cars Toyota and Lexus.
