Japanese company NOK was founded in 1941 in Kobe, and in 1954 the company's headquarters was moved to Tokyo. In March 1960, the management of the company has signed a cooperation agreement with the German company FREUDENBERG, upgrading in cooperation with it production of seals and O-rings.
