Why you need it ✅

Without a healthy pump, coolant stagnates, heat soaks build, and oil thins. A correct-flow pump protects gaskets, sensors, and the catalytic converter, especially in traffic or under load.

How it works

A belt-driven pulley spins a precision impeller inside an alloy housing. The impeller draws coolant from the radiator and pushes it through the engine, past the thermostat, and back to the radiator. A ceramic–carbon mechanical seal and sealed bearings keep the shaft smooth and leak-free. Anti-cavitation vane geometry preserves pressure at high RPM.

If it fails ⚠️

Watch for coolant drips at the weep hole, pink/green crust, pulley wobble, bearing howl, fluctuating heater, or rising temp gauge. Ignoring it can cause overheating, warped head, blown gasket, hose bursts, and even engine seizure .

Install tips ️

Flush the system, use a new gasket/O-ring, torque evenly, fit a fresh belt if worn, and bleed air. Refill with correct coolant mix.
