This cabin cooling part is a key element of the vehicle air conditioning system. It sits inside the HVAC box under the dashboard and helps turn hot cabin air into cold, dry air. Why This Part Is Needed

The evaporator receives cold refrigerant from the expansion valve. As the blower fan pushes warm air through its fins, heat is absorbed and moisture is removed. This gives strong cooling from the vents and stable climate control performance during city driving, highway use, and hot weather.

How It Works

Refrigerant changes pressure and temperature inside the evaporator tubes. The aluminum fins increase contact area, so heat transfer happens quickly.
