HVAC Blend Door Actuator for A/C Radiator Area

This precision servo controls the air mix flap near the evaporator (A/C radiator) and heater core. It balances cold and warm air, keeping the cabin at your set temperature, improving defog/defrost, and reducing compressor load. How it works ⚙️

A compact DC motor drives a reduction gearset and keyed shaft. A feedback sensor reports position to the A/C amplifier, which stops the motor at calibrated angles. This closed loop gives quiet, repeatable moves, correct blending, and stable vent temps. Sealed connector and low-friction gears ensure long life.
